About

An engineering-led security practice

Xeus_CyberAssist exists to make attack paths visible and expensive - and to help teams close them without theatre.

Mission

Most breaches follow paths that were knowable in advance. Our work is to find those paths under authorisation, prove them safely, and hand back a prioritised plan that a real engineering team can execute inside a real sprint schedule.

When prevention fails, we investigate with the same discipline: preserve evidence, establish root cause, and produce documentation that stands up to scrutiny from insurers, regulators and counsel.

Operating values

Evidence over assertion

Every finding ships with reproduction steps. If we cannot demonstrate it, we do not claim it.

Authorisation first

No testing without written scope and rules of engagement. No exceptions, ever.

Plain language

Reports are written to be acted on by engineers and understood by boards.

No fear selling

We describe realistic risk and realistic reduction. Security is never absolute.

Minimal data handling

We collect the least client data an engagement requires, and delete it on schedule.

Teach as we go

Knowledge transfer is part of the deliverable, not an upsell.
