3. Services
Security services are delivered only under a separate signed engagement agreement that defines scope, authorisation, deliverables, fees and liability. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.
Testing is performed only against assets you are legally authorised to permit us to test. You warrant that you hold that authority for everything you place in scope.
4. No guarantee of security
Security assessment reduces risk; it cannot eliminate it. We do not warrant that any system is free of vulnerabilities, nor that a system tested by us will not be compromised.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and marks remain our property. Deliverables produced during an engagement are licensed or assigned as set out in that engagement agreement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of services is governed exclusively by the engagement agreement.
